David was admitted to the NSW Bar in 2025 after five years as a solicitor in private practice. He has extensive experience in all State and Federal jurisdictions acting for Australian and multinational corporations, directors, liquidators, high profile Australian brands and local governments. David holds both a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws in commercial law from Macquarie University. In 2025, David won the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards in two categories: insolvency and media/telecommunications.
David accepts briefs in all areas of law with particular interest in insolvency, equity/trusts, fraud, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, financial services and defamation.
