Michael was admitted as a solicitor in 2009 and called to the Bar in 2018.
After his admission, Michael primarily worked on commercial litigation and building and construction litigation. In doing so, he obtained experience in complex matters for banks, small to medium enterprises, developers, head contractors and subcontractors.
Michael also specialises in all areas of Property Law, Australian Consumer Law (with a particular focus on misleading and deceptive conduct) and Building and Construction Security of Payment disputes.
He has appeared in the High, Supreme, Federal, District and Local Courts and NCAT in both substantive and interlocutory matters.
